What you need to know about the switch from Trial to Pro, billing and contract end.
What counts as 'one hotel' for billing?
Each hotel with its own VAT ID or independent operation counts as one hotel. Multiple sites in a group = multiple hotels = one subscription per hotel. Members (users) are unlimited.
What happens when the Trial ends without an upgrade?
Your account switches to read mode: you can still see your data and reports, but you can't enter new data or export PDFs until you upgrade. Data is never lost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel directly in the Stripe customer portal with one click. The subscription runs until the end of the paid year, then the account switches to read mode automatically. No hidden renewals.
Is billing monthly or yearly?
Yearly, at €1,068 (€89 × 12) or €708 at the earlybird price (€59 × 12 until 31 Aug 2026). There is intentionally no monthly billing — sustainability data needs a yearly horizon, not a monthly subscription.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) via Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically and available in the Stripe customer portal.
