Prepared for external audits
What really matters in audit, verification and year-end lock
Functionality external auditors expect — that spreadsheets or a one-shot PDF from a consultant cannot deliver.
Report versioning
After each lock, a new report version is created with a unique version suffix. Revoked versions remain accessible with a 'REVOKED' watermark — the audit trail stays complete.
Time-limited auditor role
Grant external auditors or consultants read-only access for 1 to 90 days. No password sharing, no subscription-cost risk. Access expires automatically on the cut-off date.
Evidence with SHA-256 and 10-year retention
Every uploaded document is fingerprinted cryptographically. Mandatory ten-year retention, cleanup cron only removes after expiry. Verifiable in the PDF appendix.
Back-dating protection
Data for past months can only be entered with a documented reason (at least 20 characters) — also in CSV import and in the grid. Traceable in the audit trail.
Factor freshness via Eurostat HICP
For Scope 3 spend-based, expenditure is automatically deflated to the factor's base year. A monthly cron pulls current HICP indices from Eurostat — no stale factors.
Completeness heatmap
Category × month as a traffic-light grid. See at a glance where data is missing — before year-end close, before audit, before each application.
Verify link for third parties
Every finalised report has a public verification link with version history. Business partners, banks or auditors can verify authenticity — without access to your account.
